Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
We believe clients should understand exactly what they are purchasing and how cancellation and refunds work before a payment is made.
Service Purchases
Our services may include strategy, consulting, website development, marketing management, advertising management, creative production, SEO, optimization, and other professional services.
Because professional services involve time, resources, planning, and work performed specifically for a client, refund eligibility may depend on the service and the stage of completion.
Project-Based Services
For project-based services, cancellation requests should be submitted before work begins whenever possible.
Once work has started, fees relating to work already completed, committed third-party costs, or non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.
Any applicable refund will be determined based on the applicable agreement and the work completed at the time of cancellation.
Ongoing Services
For recurring services, clients may request cancellation according to the cancellation terms stated in their service agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges for services already delivered or work already performed.
